Acorn and Berry is a treasury of wondrous things curated by Vanessa Laurin, a multi-disciplinary artist, artisan and musician whose deep connection to the natural world is reflected in her many creative outlets. She is affectionately known in the international wildlife rehabilitation community as Auntie Vee The Nest-Maker, through her efforts to supply specialized wild bird rescue centres with custom-made cozy nests.
Our shop's mission is to raise funds for Ontario-based wild bird rescue and conservation organizations with a particular interest in species at risk. On behalf of the birds, their caregivers, and the Acorn and Berry team, we thank you for your support!
